After talking about this, many project managers and implementation consultants who come to the interview are paying more attention to: Do you have any project bonuses for project implementation in your company? How is the project bonus calculated?

Indeed, as far as I know, many software companies throughout the country use project bonuses to motivate members of the project implementation team. However, if we adopt this incentive method, we can look back and think about the purpose of using the project bonus mechanism? I believe many people will answer the question, to encourage more effort and more!

This is a reasonable explanation. Okay. Let's take a look. Can the project bonus setting really solve the problem of more work and more work? For example, when project a is started, it sets a project bonus of 5000 yuan. As long as the project is accepted before January 1, December 1, it will receive a bonus. So, for this purpose, our project team members went in this direction, but in the end we found that the project was not completed in December 1, because the customer had changed, do you want to give a bonus or not? In addition, this bonus will be paid only when the project is completed. If a project is to be paid for 8 months, everyone will think that the money will be paid after 8 months, is there a limited incentive effect when it is still unknown? Another problem is that the project implementation team is composed of everyone, but it does not guarantee that everyone is actively promoting the project, and everyone's abilities are different, how can we measure how much this bonus will be paid to everyone?

Well, from the perspective of the project, we can look at the project bonus. If it is also a 1 million project, should it be the same for a 20 thousand yuan project bonus? There are differences, because 1 million of projects are difficult, so the rewards are different. How can we determine the difficulty? It's hard to say.

Also, if I plan to make the project faster, for example, I planned to build an 8-month project. Now I have finished it in 6 months, should it be fast and good? This is certainly true, but should I get more project bonuses? It seems yes, but how much should it take? It's not clear, because this is hard to say.

In addition, the project bonus seems to be a lot of hard work for some people. I think everyone has worked hard to implement this project, so I have to pay a bonus to everyone. This can be said to be a reward for hard work, because the bonus did not show fast and good.

How is sales rewarded? A salesperson has been on a project for two years and has not signed a ticket. Will the company give him a bonus? No, because sales are born to have to sign a ticket to get a bonus. When we come to the implementation side, we don't think so. We take this bonus for granted.

So there are a lot of bonus issues in the project. Should we have a new idea to solve this problem? This is our new idea, which is similar to encouraging multiple outputs and multiple returns. In this way, the Initiative problem can be solved at the individual level of the implementer, as long as your project is implemented in a more practical way, with more deliveries, you can have more bonuses. This bonus can be a base defined at the job level at the beginning of the year, such as 12 thousand. Based on the capabilities of the implementation consultant, for example, if the amount of a project that can be implemented within one year is 1.2 million, it means that the implementation consultant will complete the implementation workload of 10 thousand yuan each time, you can get a 100 yuan prize. If you do more, you can have more bonuses. If you do not have more incentives, you can adopt a more active incentive policy. If you have more than 1.2 million, you will receive a 10 thousand yuan prize each time you complete the implementation of 200 yuan, which is doubled. Only in this way can we truly solve the problem of rewarding credit for the implementation of the project, rather than rewarding hard work.
