Beginners of ARX may encounter this problem. ObjectARX 2010 must be installed in vs2008sp1. By default, there is no Chinese package after installation, so the toolbar displayed is empty, there are only 1st buttons available. If this is your problem, then you will not make a detour like me, go to the address below to find the Chinese package attachment and copy it to the address below:
