Issues that Microsoft Office Word software frequently encounters

1. issue: When you open Word , prompt for Safe mode to start or prompt for Microsoft Office word to close when it encounters a problem.

2. Workaround: We do not need to boot in safe mode because Normal.dot document is a problem, just delete the default "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dot" , which resolves the issue.

Note: Sometimes reinstalling does not necessarily resolve this issue.
