Issues with Exchange caused by Windows Server July Update

Microsoft's update on the Windows operating system released on July 10, 2018 caused a lot of problems with the Exchange messaging system for users, mainly in:

1. Client does not send and receive messages properly
2. Exchange Transport service suspended animation

In response to this issue, Microsoft's service team has released an alternative emergency update with 2 solutions:

1. If you have installed the July 10 release update, uninstall this update (requires a system restart)
2. To install the replacement update, see the following table

If you have installed: impacted update, install update which must be applied.
