CMS, Ci,smarty Smarty

The company asked me and another colleague to develop a CMS out, because we are just graduating, there are a lot of will not, do not know where to start, we intend to use ci+smarty development, because it is intended to do like V9 with the label set template! Clarify the requirements first. Plan data tables and relationships with tables.
Then write the code to implement the requirements. Smarty don't use it.


