(1) When Tomcat is not available, re-unzip the new Tomcat and configure Eclipse---Preference under windows to select Runtime environments under Server ( This eclipse is installed with Jsee)
(2) Apache Tomacat under the add---apache tomacat v8.0----Select the Apatche path or exist directly edit edit Select Apatche Tomcat to find the directory file
