Cause Analysis 1: the proxy server requires authentication
Solution: check the "Internet connection proxy settings" page. Note: Make sure that proxy authentication is disabled.
Cause Analysis 2: network connection failed
Solution: If the network is congested or the Internet connection of the network service provider is unstable, the package may not run properly due to the incomplete download of the installation file.
Cause Analysis 3: The Download Manager software interrupts the download process, for example, resumable data transfer.
Solution: save the software package to a certain location and start the offline installation package after the download is complete.

Solution: Some download software managers cannot run normally and may interrupt or reduce the download speed. We recommend that you stop using the third-party download manager and start normal download.
