When the MyEclipse is installed, error code 13 is returned. The research found that the JDK version and Eclipse version mismatch resulted, the JDK is 32bit but Eclipse is 64bit. The version of the JDK can be viewed via Cmd->java version, and a version of 32bit is available with no 64bit version information (KEN). Once you have identified the JDK version information, you can follow the operating system version to determine the version of the JDK and Eclipse and install it.
