Java Web servlet uses request forwarding garbled characters.

There are many methods for Garbled text. It is not easy to think of here.

* Make sure that your page is accessed normally independently. When the servlet request is forwarded, PrintWriter out = response. getWriter () is abnormal and does not work properly.

The solution is to add

Response. setCharacterEncoding ("UTF-8 ");
Response. setContentType ("text/html; charset = UTF-8 ");

Principles:

Using response. getWriter () directly, the stream encoding method will be specified by the ISO-8859-1, it will be useless to specify the encoding after it
