0. Overview

The system is based on the geographical conditions of Jiangsu Province quality inspection and acceptance work flow, in order to improve the geographical conditions of Jiangsu Province quality inspection efficiency and research and development. Based on the development of ArcGIS10.1 and. NET 4.0, the ArcGIS AddIn development method can be used to achieve symbolic display of results, automatic interpretation of sample points, digital records of inspection opinions, export and statistic of inspection opinions, evaluation of achievement quality and inspection of external industry, etc. To better assist QC personnel to complete the inspection and acceptance and quality evaluation of four kinds of results (covering the results of classification data, geographical conditions, meta-data and interpretation of sample data from remote sensing images).

1. program installation and operating environment

1.2 Follow the instructions

1) Copy "Jiangsu Surveying and mapping quality control station geographical condition quality inspection plug-in" folder to%arcgis installation directory%\desktop10.1\bin

2) in the "Installation Files V2.0" folder, double-click Run Jszjzgdsys.addin Click Install to complete the installation of the software.

3) Start the software by calling the geo-industry processing tool in ArcGIS.

2. Project Management

2.1 New Project

In the toolbar, click the New Project menu, and the New Project dialog box appears. Select the result data , theDOM data , the Interpretation sample Library path , fill in the inspection map number , the area name and the project file to save the directory , click Create, The system automatically generates a series of operations such as configuration check layer, sketch interpretation sample point, symbolic sample data, etc.

2.2 Checking Items

After checking the project creation results, the ArcMap interface is shown, where the check record layer ****_lcacheck.shp and the ****_elementcheck.shp file system are automatically generated, and the interpretation sample points are automatically plotted onto the map.

After checking that the project is created, a project folder will be generated in the file directory with the following naming rules:< area name >< picture number >check . This file contains images, geo-national inspection layers, interpretation samples, check engineering files, and MXD map documents.

2.3 Opening a project

Select the checked project file (*) that already exists by clicking the button in the toolbar. Check) to open it.

3. Inspection record

3.1 Questions Area Sketchy

By clicking on the toolbar button, select the corresponding drawing tool for problem map and area plotting. Problem plotting and recording can also be done by copying (Ctrl + C) and pasting (Ctrl + V). The problem plotting feature is almost consistent with the ArcMap feature, and you can edit the work mode in ArcMap.

3.2 Inspection Opinions and classification

After plotting the problem area, the system pops up a dialog box prompting the user to enter a description of the problem, quality elements, error types, problems, and so on, as shown in. The inspectors fill in a brief description of the problem, if the internal industry can not fully determine the problem, it is necessary to tick, after the verification of the external industry to fill in the outside industry verification.

3.3 Check views and edit

By clicking the button in the toolbar, double-click the problem area, edit the problem graph and edit the properties, and save after the modification is complete. If you need to delete the problem record, check the verification question directly and press Del to delete it.

4. Inspection Opinion Export

In the Check List dialog box, you can see the number of bug patches, area, quality elements, error categories, whether outside and outside verification opinions, and other information. This information can be exported through the toolbar buttons. There are two formats for exporting Word, check the comments record form, check Comments (with).

Click the button to bring up the "output comments to Word Options" dialog box. In the dialog box, there are simple statistics such as the result map, the effective area of unit results, and the total number of units. 5. System statistics and scoring

5.1 National Standard Rating

5.2 Improved ratings (not yet discussed by the Provincial office)

6. System Tools

6.1 Setting the Interpretation sample layer

6.3 Set CC code Chinese

In the results check process, in order to facilitate the understanding sometimes need to escape the CC code to Chinese code, so the system tool provides the ability to set the CC code Chinese. Three kinds of labeling methods are available: "English Cc/tag", "Chinese Cc/tag", "English cc Chinese Cc/tag".

6.4 Setting up an MXD document

In the results check process, due to the use of software habits, proficiency of different, each inspector in the ArcGIS field labeling, layer rendering and other aspects of great similarities and differences, in order to facilitate the inspectors in the system according to their own mapping habits of ArcGIS mapping and mapping, the system provides "set MXD document" tool, Layer Rendering and field labeling for system data is done by selecting the configured Mxd document as a template.
