Lam/MPI Usage Note

Step 1 use lamboot to start the Parallel Environment

When using RSH to log on to the computing node, you must configure the environment variable lamrsh, that is
Export lamrsh = "RSH"
Ssh-x
Lamboot hostfile
Or lamboot-ssi boot RSH hostfile
Hostfile is the configuration file for the node to be started.
You can use lamnodes to view the startup node information.

Step 2 Use mpicc or mpicc to compile parallelProgram

Step 3 Use mpirun to run parallel programs
Mpirun-NP 8 your_parallel_program

Step 4 release the lammpi environment after use.
Use the lamhalt command

the node configuration file can be written as follows:
hostname1 [CPU = 2]
hostname2 [CPU = 2]
hostname3 [CPU = 2]
......
