Some movie files are sometimes inserted when you make a presentation or courseware with WPS. If we insert a video file that is sound, we need to make the inserted video file play without making a sound, so that we can explain the content of the playback or with their own recordings.
What would you do if this happened? Find a software to remove the sound from the movie? That's too much trouble, let me tell you a method, in the WPS demonstration of simple steps to solve this problem.
On the slide where you want to insert a video file, select the movie file insertion you want to insert by clicking insert → movie and sound → file movie in the menu bar.
Right-click the audio movie file that you inserted, and on the shortcut menu that pops up, click the Edit Movie Object menu item command. See Figure 1:
Figure 1
The Movie Options dialog box pops up when you click the Edit Movie Object menu item command. Click the button with the volume icon on the Movie Options dialog box, and then select Mute on the volume control form that pops up. When Mute is selected, click OK. See Figure 2:
Figure 2
With the simple steps described above, you can make the movie file sound silent as it plays.
To get the sound back, remove the "mute" button by the steps above. The volume of the movie file playback can also be adjusted in the WPS demo, dragging the upper and lower "volume Control" slider shown in Figure 2 to increase or decrease the volume.
