When apache is installed, configure passes, but the following prompt appears during make:
Libtool: link: you must specify an output file
Try 'libtool -- help -- mode = link' for more information.
Make [3]: *** [libapr-. la] Error 1
Make [3]: Leaving directory '/tmp/httpd-2.0.64/srclib/apr'
Make [2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
Make [2]: Leaving directory '/tmp/httpd-2.0.64/srclib/apr'
Make [1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
Make [1]: Leaving directory '/tmp/httpd-2.0.64/srclib'
Make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

The libtool version is 1.4.3-5, the apache version to be installed is 2.0.64, and the system is redhat9.
When installing the apr under scrlib, the same prompt is displayed.
