1. Download and compile the driver. In this step, see the driver Readme.
2. Generate the initrd file:
Mkinitrd-v -- with = qla2xxx_conf -- with = qla2xxx -- with = qla2400 initrd. img 2.6.9-55.0.9.ELsmp
Qla2xxx_conf, qla2xxx, and qla2400 are compiled driver modules. 2.6.9-55.0.9.ELsmp is the kernel version.
3. Copy the generated initrd file to the/boot directory and modify grub. conf to load it (or directly overwrite the corresponding file)
4. restart the system and identify the disk array!
