Ifconfig in Linux is similar to ipconfig in Windows

Using Ifconfig in Linux, you can view and configure network devices, which can be configured by this command when the network environment changes


Instance:

Ifconfig can view all network configuration information

Ifconfig (NIC name (eth0)) up on Etho NIC

Ifconfig (NIC name (eth0)) down eth0 NIC

Ifconfig (NIC name (eth0)) Add (IPv6 address) adds a IPv6 address

Ifconfig (NIC name (eth0)) del (IPv6 address) delete a IPv6 address
