If you want to extract the "BP" and "P" values for rows that contain "ADD" and the corresponding columns of that row, you need to use the following command

awk '/add/{print $1,$7} ' file > File_bp_p

/add/means searching for rows with "ADD", which means extracting the first column, $7 means extracting the seventh column, file referring to the filename of the search, ">" for the output, file_bp_p representing the file name saved after the output
