1. First check the rra/below, there is no data, if not checked rra/log/owner is not cactiuser. The permissions for this directory should be Cactiuser can read and write
2. If there is no problem with the permissions of the directory, then there may be a problem with the SNMP settings, please test it manually:
Snmpwalk-v 2c-c Public ServerIP if
Used to test whether the managed object (ServerIP) has the SNMP service turned on
If there is data returned, there is no problem with the SNMP data. If the error message "Timeout:no Response from ..." appears, this is an issue with SNMP settings.
3.
/usr/local/bin/php/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/poller.php
Used to test whether PHP can collect data. If all of the above are correct, but this step is wrong, it is possible that there is a problem with the PHP configuration or the Sulinux is turned on.
4. If the 2nd step Snmpwalk cannot be collected, it may be a problem with PHP settings, modify the php.ini, it is possible that PHP permissions issues. If the 3rd step is normal and the diagram cannot be displayed, it is also possible that the paths for Snmpwalk, Snmpget, and RRDtool are not set to check the settings correctly in settings-paths.
