01. Add a new hard drive

02. View NEW Silver plate = fdisk-l

03. Use the fdisk command partition = = Fdisk/dev/sdb

　　　　

Press N: New partition

Hint: E extended: Extended partition

P primary partition (1-4): Primary partition

Press P: Select Live partition (expand partition by E) (L: Logical partition)

Primary number (1-4): Partition code: SELECT 1

Tip: First Cyclinder (1-1305,default 1): There are 1305 cylinders, the default is 1 (to specify the size of the partition, from which cylinder to start) 1

Hint: Last cylinder, +cylinders or +size{k,m,g} (1-1305, default 1305): End partition: +2g, 2 G for first partition

Press ENTER

Finally press W to save the exit;

Commands that must be executed after partitioning: Partprobe

04. Re-read the partition table information. = Partprobe

05. Formatted partition = Mkfs-t EXT4/DEV/SDB1 (extended partition cannot be formatted)

06. Set up mount point and Mount

Mkdir/disk1

mount/dev/sdb1/disk1/
