Vi/etc/sysconfig/iptables

-A rh-firewall-1-input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport 3306-j ACCEPT

Add this to the sentence, and note that this sentence must be added to the last sentence above. Otherwise it will not take effect.

Also if the other port to the "3306" switch to the appropriate port.

Then reboot the firewall.
