Telnet 192.168.1.245 3306

Use the script above to test whether the port is open, and note that the service that is enabled for the terminal must be turned on.

If it is not open,

Vi/etc/sysconfig/iptables

-A rh-firewall-1-input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport 3306-j ACCEPT

Add this to the sentence, and note that this sentence must be added to the last sentence above. Otherwise it will not take effect.

Also if the other port to the "3306" switch to the appropriate port.

Then reboot the firewall.

Service Iptables Restart
