5. Modify the MySQL Logon Settings.
# Vi/etc/My. CNF
Delete the skip-grant-tables added to the [mysqld] section. 
Save and exit VI.
6. Restart mysqld
#/Etc/init. d/mysqld restart

Starting MYSQL: [OK]
