Linux Go Environment Building

This is a creation in Article, where the information may have evolved or changed.

1. Download go1.5.linux-amd64.tar.gz

Go-redis.zip from GitHub

https://gopm.io/Download golang.org/x/net

(I was down to the/opt/go-setup/)

2. Install Go (/opt/go)

NET package is copied directly to go/src/, Redis is installed with the command

3. Setting Environment variables

Vi/etc/profile under

Export Goroot=/opt/go

Export Gopath=/home/mid/gopath

Export path= $GOROOT/bin: $GOPATH/bin: $PATH

Then Source/etc/profile
