Quagga software formerly known as Zebra is a GNU copyrighted software written by a Japanese development team. Quagga project started with 1996, the current version is 0.98.4 version can use the Quagga Linux machine to make a fully functional router.
Quagga Supported routing protocols
Quagga can support many TCP/IP protocols such as RIPV1, RIPv2, RIPng, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, BGP-4 and bgp-4+ at the same time. which
RIPv1, RIPV2, OSPFv2 are applicable to the autonomous domain system internal Network routing protocol for Ipv4.
BGP-4 is an external network routing protocol between the autonomous domain systems used for Ipv4.
RIPng, OSPFv3, bgp-4+ mainly extend the support to Ipv6.
First, Quagga installation:
Yum Install-y quagga
After installation is complete, the configuration file defaults to:/etc/quagga

Second, start quagga set boot
Service Zebra Start
Service BGPD Start
Chkconfig Zebra on
Chkconfig BGPD on
Third, set the BGP route:

Log File/etc/quagga/zebra.log # need to close SELinux
