Edit/etc/profile:

C code

# Vi/etc/profile

At the bottom of the section, add the following:

C code

Java_home=/usr/java/jdk1.6.0_26

Classpath=.: $JAVA _home/lib/tools.jar: $JAVA _home/lib/dt.jar

Path= $JAVA _home/bin: $PATH

Export Java_home

Export CLASSPATH

Export PATH

Press EXC, enter ": X" to save the exit.

Re-login to the system.
