Then prepare to use the VMware Shared Folders feature, "Enter the path to the kernel header files for the 3.8.0-27-generic kernel" when installing VMware Tools because the kernel directory Different, give up

After downloading the kernel file, make the image, then mount it with CDROM, copy it to/USR/SRC with CP, then unzip it with tar, and succeed.
