Linux Next button to install Redis and set as background process and boot up

1. Download the Redis (download page https://redis.io/download) for your version, I downloaded 4.0.6 version

wget  http://download.redis.io/releases/redis-4.0.6.tar.gz

2. Unzip

Tar zxvf redis-4.0.6.tar.gz

3. Compiling

CD Redis-4.0.6/make

Make install

4. Install and start

* The 4th step installation will be a few tips all the way to press ENTER. When installed, a service named: redis_6379 is generated.

The Redis Service Management command is attached:

Service redis_6379 Start

Service redis_6379 Stop

Service redis_6379 Restart

Test successfully started:

Redis-cli
