Linux programming conflicting types for ' dev_t ' problem

Compiling programs in Linux sometimes encounters this problem, which seems to be a legacy of Linux history:

/usr/include/sys/types.h:62:error:conflicting types for ' dev_t '

/usr/include/linux/types.h:13:error:previous declaration of ' dev_t ' is here

/usr/include/sys/types.h:67:error:conflicting types for ' gid_t '

Initially thought to be GCC version problem, upgraded version also not well, later found! Go to compile error file Xxx.cpp:

All #include <sys/xxx.h> are mentioned in the front, the #include <linux/xxx.h> included in the following, you can compile, the reason for the appearance of the problem is a circular reference. Such as:

#include <linux/apm_bios.h>

#include <sys/types.h>

Become

#include <sys/types.h>

#include <linux/apm_bios.h>
