How to receive files using SFTP:
1. On the local prompt, use the SFTP command to log on to the host to receive the file.
xshell:\> sftp 10.72.5.14
2. Receive the required files with the Get command at the SFTP prompt.
Sftp:/home/user21>get filename
How to send files using sftp:
1. On the local prompt, log in with the SFTP command to the host where you want to send the file.
Xshell:\> sftp hostname
2. Send the required files with the put command at the SFTP prompt.
Sftp:/home/user21>put filename
