How to take effect after reboot:

1. Open: Chkconfig iptables on

2. Off: Chkconfig iptables off

Immediate effect, failure after reboot:

1. Open: Service iptables start

2. Close: Service iptables stop

When the firewall is turned on, do the following to selectively open the relevant port: you need to modify the/etc/sysconfig/iptables file, add the following to open port access:

-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport port -j ACCEPT

-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport port -j ACCEPT

-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport port -j ACCEPT

-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport port -j ACCEPT

-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--dport port -j ACCEPT
