After looking at a bunch of GNU, Clang, GCC, QT, MinGW, CygWin, POSIX concepts, I think what I'm doing is trying to recreate a Linux project in vs.

Too much, I do not understand why the person in the MinGW to write an analytic file of the project, to me this only used the VS program!
