Mac Tutorial: What does Spotlight search mean?

Source: Internet
Author: User

Spotlight is a very useful search feature in Mac OS X, which allows you to quickly search for content in your Mac by control+ spaces. Apple is also constantly optimizing spotlight, starting with the 10.7 lion system, spotlight can support the direct drag and drop of search content.

For example, you can search for a file and drag it directly to the desktop (or other target folder), which automatically generates a copy of the original file on the desktop. This mode of operation is not operational in 10.6 or earlier systems.

And again. View the path to the file location that you have searched for: Move the mouse cursor over the desired search result, and then press Command+option to display the path to the file's location on the left.
