Manually delete the reference nuget and reference nuget to restore

1. accidentally deleted the nuget installed Assembly from the project reference;

2. Copy packages. config from other places to the current project;

In the solution, the nuget cannot be restored to restore the Assembly. You can restore the assembly in the following ways:

Open the package management console:

1. Update-Package-reinstall: reinstall the nuget packages of all projects under the solution.

2. Update-Package-reinstall-ProjectName Project name: reinstall the nuget Package of the specified project
