In fact, no matter whether foreign companies or private enterprises, the boss will not keep idle people. Even if you start to give a high salary, if your contribution is not good enough, you still have to leave. In addition, there is almost no possibility of opening a high-paying senior executive with an MBA. However, if you have the ability to make achievements, and the boss is afraid of changing jobs every day, how can you not be given a high salary?

The key for the migrant workers is to find a suitable platform, so that they can do well and make achievements so that the money can come to you instead of looking for money. 2. Select a teacher.

At present, MBA teachers in China can be divided into four categories:

Besides, you can buy MBA teaching materials everywhere. If you want to learn foreign things, you don't have to attend classes.

3. Select a friend.

Although it is not my main purpose to make friends, I still have a purpose to choose. As you said, people must have three types of friends. The second type is work friends, colleagues, upstream and downstream suppliers. 4. Select a company.

Enterprises operating in China can be divided into three types: foreign companies; domestic enterprises in development; and domestic enterprises in survival.

The first type of foreign companies are not uncommon for MBA graduates in China. Foreign companies adopt policies formulated by foreign headquarters, so they are willing to cultivate their own business in China;

The second type of domestic enterprises in the development stage are generally large in scale, but their business performance has been around for many years. The increment does not increase profits or the increment does not increase profits, the strategy is vague, and the operation efficiency is low, poor execution. In a word, the hollow radish, why does this happen? The entrepreneurial hero began to become the resistance to progress, and the internal relationship was complicated .......

These companies will never be naive to wait for an MBA to solve the problem, and all the professors from Harvard Business School will be idle. What these enterprises actually need is your consulting company to re-engineer the system. If an MBA thinks that he is unambiguous and wants to make some changes here, he will not know how to die.

The third type of domestic enterprises in the survival stage, the key task is to seize the opportunity, do big marketing, and develop after the deposit, ask an MBA to quickly increase sales, instead of engaging in operation strategies, it would be bad if an MBA cannot make achievements in three months .......

5. Finally, select a position.

I think this is the most important thing, that is, what you said at the beginning is "money is not important, the key is to have the right to do things". After talking to the boss about my solution, he also recognized it, after a month, I still agree with him, so I think his understanding and expectations for me are relatively stable. Second, the treatment should be structured, and I will be treated by an ordinary manager at the base salary, however, I am not sure about the floating part related to performance.

Through previous conversations, I found that there were problems with the company's policies, structures, and processes. Policies are mainly manifested in inadequate sales incentive assessment; the structure is mainly due to unreasonable market structure and product structure; while the sales team's expense approval and verification process is problematic and inefficient, this seriously affects sales enthusiasm.

These problems cannot be reformed at the same time, so I adjusted the sales incentive and assessment according to your guidance. In the original assessment, there were too many qualitative indicators, and the formula calculation was complicated, the sales team does not know how many points they can earn or how much money they can get to complete the task in the next month, so they are not motivated. I have removed all the qualitative indicators in the original assessment and changed them to quantitative ones. There are just a few: the management of payment collection, expense usage, and prices out of stock, appropriately increasing the original Commission Ratio and clearing it clearly.

If the two armies fought in ancient times, if a city cannot be attacked for a long time, the siege generals usually run the following command: within three days after the city is broken, soldiers can kill and snatch, and then the city can be broken.
