In the past few days, I attended the meego China developers seminar in Beijing and Shanghai. This is the first meego developer seminar held in China. Intel Asia Pacific R & D center joins hands with Nokia, Linux Foundation, important open-source operating system providers, software and hardware partners, etc, this article discusses the future-oriented innovation trends of compute continuum, and presents the design and solutions for mobile products such as netbooks, tablets, and smart phones based on meego and Intel lingdong processors. I was very excited when I saw hundreds of developers who had signed up for the Conference.

I was also excited to witness the steady development of the meego ecosystem in China this year-the first appearance of the meego project in February; and The meego software innovation industry summit in January April during the IDF in Beijing; at the end of May, the core software platform of meego 1.0 and the netbook user experience edition were released. Intel and its partners introduced a series of meego innovative product plans at the Dalian soft exchange in June; in July, "Intel lingdong and meego Innovation Center" was settled in Shenzhen ...... An orderly promotion of a series of important nodes makes the meego developer seminar more mature.

Someone asked me at the seminar: meego is an open-source operating system managed by the Linux Foundation. What role does my intel Asia-Pacific R & D center play in it? I tell you that meego is completely open, not exclusively occupied by Intel. Such an open-source, open, and unified operating system platform that spans multiple devices requires the efforts of various elites to build a tower and persevere.
