The capital of Beijing is one of the first regions in China to carry out the spam movement. Mr. Mei huizhi is not only a promoter of the spam movement, but also a pioneer in combining traditional martial arts with modern combat. He and his students have had many competitions with traditional martial arts and have a deep understanding of traditional martial arts.

Mr. Mei huizhi has practiced gossip, behavior, and boxing since childhood, learned Chinese style wrestling when he was young, and became a major Member of the Beijing wrestling team. After retiring, I stayed in the Shichahai Sports School as a wrestling coach. In 1970s, I became the first judo coach in China. Since the National Sports Commission launched Sanda, he has formed the first semi-professional Sanda combat team in the city and effectively combined martial arts, combat and wrestling technologies, in the continuous exploration, we will improve the confrontation between traditional martial arts and modern Sanda.

In view of the current Sanda King Competition, Mr. Mei huizhi was deeply impressed. When I heard that a folk contestant was about to participate in the Sanda King competition, he expressed his opinion: Yi: Have Mr. Mei ever seen the Sanda King competition?

Mei: I have watched it. The competition is wonderful now. It looks better to get rid of the protective gear. In addition, the performances of athletes on the Court are also good. For example, everyone has a nickname. In fact, the protective gear can be removed for a long time. When the Beijing team competed with the Thai free combat, no protective gear was needed. The results are also good.

Yi: Now, Sanda Wang Zheng invites a private expert to participate in the competition. Do you think this competition will be wonderful?

Mei: I don't think so. It may be ugly.

Easy: Why? Isn't it true that you are an ordinary man?

Mei: there is such a theory, but from the past experience, the level of Folk boxers is very general. In And, Beijing broke hands on the pilot program. At that time, there were hundreds of people participating in the competition, including gossip, mind, taiji, Dacheng, and Dongbei. The competition started less than two days, as soon as I saw the contestants entering the semi-finals, all of them were scattered. There are many folk martial arts tricks, but most of them are not trained in confrontation, so they will be blind when they are on the first platform. There was no reaction in the confrontation, so I won't fight after two attempts. The competition was cool. It's not bad to be able to get back from one trainer, but there is still a gap in the level. In the end, all the champion members of the sports school won the championship.

Yi: Does the casual combat rule limit the use of Folk martial arts?

Mei: many folk martial arts are not convinced, saying that they do not want to wear a boxing suit. Then coach Li baoru from the Municipal Sports Team became familiar with them and arranged for them to communicate with our sports school team members by hand, before the competition, we asked our team members not to use heavy fists or break their heads. As a result, one or two casual contestants had a big purple bag on their heads, the game cannot be played. The reason why the non-governmental players cannot afford to lose is that they won't be able to beat the competition. In the first two years there were many competitions, and no one came. I know I cannot do it.

Yi: Are there some advanced people outside Beijing?

Mei: they are all the same. Our team participated in the 85-year and 86-year Shaolin Cup in Henan and the 87-year Wudang Mountain typhoon competition. At that time, the scene was lively. Some were like Wu Song, and some were like a monk, an old saying, A fozhu, and a robe. Before the competition, the performance was quite scary. Some people shoot the nails in the wooden boards, but when they stepped onto the stage, the referee shouted, "prepare-start", and they fell victim to it, I jumped out of the middle. In the first two days of the competition, there were only casual athletes in two days.

Yi: You have also practiced gossip. What do you think are the shortcomings of traditional martial arts.

Mei: mainly because of the lagging behind in training methods and consciousness, traditional martial arts focuses on verbal teaching, mostly on how the other party hits you, and how do you defend against attacks, the actual training level is very low. For example, if the other side kicks you, the casual players will block your opponent and fight back. This is not the case for traditional martial arts. He should be a cloud player first. It looks good, but the other party has already kicked you. In addition, some boxing techniques focus on what kind of screw force and triangle force, each of which has dozens of usages. It is impossible to say what can turn people around and fly. When we communicate with them, we share the opportunity to win or lose, which is a simple attack with no mystery.

Yi: Isn't there any effort in the civil society like iron or sand?

Mei: these things are actually not very useful. Any strong man can perform such performances after training for a week. In addition, the fight against the human is constantly moving, which makes you as hard as killing sandbags. The average person's fist is very hard, and it will be unbearable to hit the head. So hard work is not as mysterious as some people say.

During the conversation, Mr. Mei huizhi talked about many martial arts sects and certain martial arts practitioners. Out of respect for everyone, they did not name them. His views on traditional martial arts are surprising. If this is the case, the casual Wang can only accept the competition of Folk challenges, that is, the commercial value is greater than the practical value.
