After the application pool settings are modified and restarted, an error occurs when the homepage is opened:

HTTP 404.2-not found

The page you requested cannot be provided because of the "ISAPI and CGI restrictions" list settings on the Web server.

 

Solution:

1. Open IIS
2. Select Root Node
3. Enable "ISAPI and CGI restrictions" in the content area on the right"
4. Change the limitation of. Net 4.0 from "Not Allowed" to "allowed"
5. No need to restart, take effect immediately, just refresh the page
