method of reducing multiple Word document page contents to one page

In order to save paper when printing a Word document, we may want to print the contents of multiple pages on a single sheet of paper. For example, we can print each two-page user manual to a A4 sheet of paper, and to do this (as shown in Figure 1), follow the steps below.

1. In the open Word document, click Office buttons, perform the Print command (shown in Figure 2) in the Drop-down menu, and open the Print dialog box.

2. In the zoom Options area of the dialog box, in the number of pages per page drop-down list box, select Version 2, select A4 in the scale by paper Drop-down list box, as shown in Figure 3.

3, after the completion of the setup click "OK" button, you can print each two-page user manual to a sheet of A4 paper.
