Supplementary Note: This article is written earlier, when the PDG browser only supports pure PDG, does not support the file named PDG, which is actually djvu. Now Unicornviewer already support named PDG, real DjVu files, so for the bulk of the DjVu, most of the Pdgrenamer renamed as PDG, compressed into a ZIP package after the unicornviewer look. If it is a multi-page DjVu, you can use Djvutoy to split the page and rename it, or browse directly with the high version unicornviewer.

If you get a packaged multi-page DjVu, you can use the Djvutoy "file splitting" feature to disassemble it.

Ii. Renaming of documents
The DjVu needs to be renamed PDG, and conforms to the PDG file name specification: The main file name is 6 letters, numbers, control fame PDG, are lowercase.
The main file name consists of a prefix plus a number with the prefix meaning:
CoV: Cover
bOK: title
Leg: Copyright
FOW: Preface
!: Directory
Att: Appendix
BAC: Back cover
Ins: Inserts
The body page is not prefixed, and is encoded directly with a 6-digit number.
Renaming tools a lot, I used to use Renameit. If someone makes a special tool, it is estimated that you can earn some forum currency.

Iii. turning into a real PDG file
The PDG file itself is to support DjVu compression, just need to precede the PDG file header, so after the conversion is complete, the total length of the file will be larger than the total length of the original DjVu file.
Conversion method: With the Djvutoy "PDG compression" function, select the previous step named PDG, is the DjVu file folder, pay attention not to select "Convert to express version", so as to ensure maximum clarity.
For black and white single-layer DjVu (only SJBZ segment, no FG44, BG44, FGBZ, etc.), Djvutoy will embed the original DjVu file directly after the PDG file header to achieve lossless conversion. For grayscale, color DjVu (including FG44, BG44, FGBZ, etc.), because the PDG browser interpretation of such files is different (upside down, color swap), so can only be decoded first, and then re-compressed into a single layer of DjVu (only BG44), so the file quality or length may be a little loss.
