Microsoft Azure RemoteApp is a Daas service that Microsoft publishes in the international version of Azure and is currently in preview and requires a subscription to activate the trial. RemoteApp allows users to run apps via Remote Desktop on Windows, WP8.1, Mac OS X, IOS, and Android devices, such as running unofficial desktop apps in Windows RT.
Here's how to activate RemoteApp, log in to the Microsoft Azure Portal, select New, see the RemoteApp Preview, and click the Preview Program link on the right to enter activation.

Back in the portal, you can see that the RemoteApp service is activated, and now choose Create to create our RemoteApp service.

Once created, open Dashboard to see that RemoteApp can have 10 sessions, then we can connect 10 people at the same time. Open the link on the right to install the client.
