Microsoft o365 User Guide: How to invite customers to try it out

1. Click https://www.microsoftcloudpartner.com/cnto enter the mpnwebpage (e.g.) and click log on to enter (next page)

2. Enter the CE partner account password and Click Log On (for example) to go to the CE partner management page (next page)

 

3. CLICK: get benefits to go to the CE Partner benefits page (next page)

4. There are two scenarios for the partner to send a trial application:

(1) The partner does not have an office365 account

(2) The partner has an office365 account

5. If the partner has not registered the o365 account, click "register now" to register

6. Fill in the partner contact information, and select to agree that Microsoft shares my contact information with others in our company to obtain Microsoft online services benefits (such as), and click continue to enter the next page of registration interface

7. The partner registers for the o365 account and completes the following basic information to go to the next page (valid for 1 year)

8. Complete the following information and click I accept and continue to enter the next logon page.

9. Wait for the login interface to enter: it takes several minutes to start preparation

 

10. log on to the preparation page for the first time: Enter the information in the following box. Make sure that the email address is correct to facilitate searching for lost passwords. Country or regionCode: Select China after China is released. Click "save" and continue to enter the o365 partner account (after successful registration: the system will send an email to the email address left when you register)

11. After successful registration, you will automatically log on to the following management interface (for example,). This account is the partner administrator account. Click a partner to go to the partner management page.

12. Go to the partner management page and click "Send trial invitation" to create a trial invitation.

13. Select the location and Trial Plan:

14. Click to open the trial invitation by email.

15. Send an invitation trial email to the customer via email (each email can only be sent to one customer)

16. After receiving the email, the customer clicks the link to start registration!

17. The customer enters the trial invitation interface (for example) and clicks next to enter the trial registration interface (partner information is displayed on the right)

18. The customer needs to enter the following o365 user registration information to go to the next page (free trial for 30 days)

19. Complete the following information and click I accept and continue to enter the customer logon page.

21. log on to the preparation page for the first time: Enter the information in the following box. Make sure that the email address is correct to facilitate searching for lost passwords. Country code: select China after China is released. Click Save and continue to enter the o365 partner account

23. After the customer registers successfully, the following page is displayed (this account is the logon page of the customer administrator)

24. Upon successful registration, the customer will receive a notification email and copy it to the partner (for example)

25. The partner already has an office365 account

26. If your company has registered an o365 account, click to associate immediately.

27. Click to continue partner Verification

28. Click to continue partner Verification

29. Partner login enter o365 Administrator account password click Login

30. Wait a few minutes for the system to prepare partners

31. Click "Next" to go to the partner management page.
