The minimum value of outlook is the system tray. By default, Outlook occupies a location on the taskbar after being minimized. If it is disabled, emails cannot be received in real time. You can use the following methods to hide emails on the system tray, the solution is as follows:
If you use office2007:
1. Open the Registry: Choose Start> Run. Enter "Regedit" and press Enter;
2. Open the HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ 11.0 (for Outlook XP, 10.0 here) \ Outlook \ preferences project;
3. Create a DWORD Value (dubyte value) named "mintotray" and change the value to 1;
4. Close the Registry Editor. There is already a small Outlook XP/2003 icon in the system tray area. When you minimize Outlook XP/2003, it will be scaled to the tray area by yourself.
Of course, outlook2003 is simpler: In the icon area in the lower right corner of the taskbar, find the outlook icon and right-click the menu to "hide when minimized ".
