Allows vs2008 to use mobile Web Application

In Visual Studio. in NET 2003 and Visual Studio 2005, you can see "mobile Web configuration file", "mobile Web form", and "mobile Web user control" templates when "Add new item, however, in Visual Studio 2008, these are all gone! Visual Studio 2008 does not provide these item templates.
