1. Note the serial number of Windows when you run to the System selection menu at boot time. The system selects the menu ordinal from top to bottom with 0 as the initial count.
2. Start the terminal after entering the Kali system.
3. Enter in Terminal: Leafpad/etc/default/grub
4. Find the "grub_default=0" line. This row represents the default start sequence number. 0 indicates that the default boot system is Kali, because Kail is ranked at the top of the system selection menu with the ordinal number 0. Now change 0 to the Windows serial number you just noted, which is to set the default boot system to Windows.
5. Find the "grub_timeout=5" line. This line indicates the delay of the system startup selection menu. The unit is seconds, which defaults to 5 seconds of delay. Can be changed according to personal preference.
