MSN cartoon is terribly wonderful website, which we can create cartoon figures ourselves. 1st step, please type the URL http://cartoon.msn.com.cn/in Address Bar of webpages explorer and then; 2nd step, click the begin creating button of mainpage and then; 3rd step, wait for a few seconds... open your obverse photo and modify the selection rectangle on correct position, and then; 4th step, click Sel Ecting template button, you get to a new place, where you can select the template you like and modify the created profile, and then; 5th step, click adding omament, you can add the hair and glasses to the cartoon photo, and then; aha, let's go to the final step, click Finish creating button.
