1. Communication Knowledge

However, we have not grasped the focus of Communication Knowledge, I still realized that I should read books well, so I had a profound understanding and a clear idea.

2. Team Development

Before the training, our project team held a meeting to talk about the work schedule for the second half of this year. I saw that I had to follow two new projects and maintain an old project, I am very excited!

Starting from last Monday, another project team asked us this group of people to help us with some of our needs. At first I was added and told me that we needed a map, I was out because another new graduate was arranged to make a map later, but I still listened to the needs and analysis that day. The first requirement is to make a timer. I checked a lot of quartz information, integrated with spring, and operated Dao based on their source code hierarchy and jdbctemplate, because it is pure background, therefore, it is quite convenient to compile it. Within two days, the task was completed and the Code was submitted. The project owner was also satisfied and asked me to write a document using quartz, for others' reference, the second requirement has not been written yet.

The second requirement is to write a toolbar on the front-end page. If you move the mouse over, a drop-down icon will appear. Click the icon to display a format conversion window. The converted data will be matched in the database, the matching results are highlighted, and the background processing is relatively simple. The foreground effect and highlight display are bottlenecks. As you can see the toolbar effect in the previous project, you can use it for reference, however, it takes most of the time to figure out the highlighted component. First, the component renderwhere the highlighted component is located is added to a DIV, and the result is not reflected, after contentto was used, the returned HTML string innerhtml could not be refreshed. In the end, the highlighted function was removed, we found that textarea's carriage return newline/R/n won't be available in the background, so go to the front-end ···

The project owner is very young, patient, well-communicated, and well-formed.

3. Questions about overtime

I don't think I have to work overtime. Even if I can't bring back my work, I prefer to go back and find a lot of information on my own, in exchange for new ideas and ideas, or some boring and repetitive code may work overtime. So, after work for a while, I saw that the same group was working overtime.
