Tomcat found in boot MyEclipse has an error indicating that port 8080 is occupied

The first step: window+r the Command window with the key combination.

Step two: Output command: netstat-ano|findstr 8080, enter, note the last number is PID, here is 4

Step three: Open Task Manager, Ctrl+shift+esc, to see that the PID of 4 corresponds to a process is a system, but it does not occupy 8080 port number.

If you do not see the PID column, click View---> select column, the front of the PID hook, click OK.

The fourth step: In fact, the computer installed the Vs,iis boot occupies 8080 ports. Right-click the computer, select Manage, open services and applications--->internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, stop.
