Mysql 2: basic usage of mysql

After installing mysql, we can perform SQL statement operations:

Run the following command to connect to the MySQL service:

Mysql-h localhost-u root-p

-H parameter specifies the address of the MySQL server to be connected

-U parameter specifies the user used for the connection

-The p parameter specifies password verification for login

The vast majority of MySQL services are managed using the SQL language.

The SQL language is generally capitalized, but the language itself is not case-sensitive. Almost all SQL statements must end.

List all databases:

Show databases;

Create a database (linuxcast is the database name ):

Create database linuxcast;

Delete a database (linuxcast is the database name ):

Drop database linuxcast;

Switch to a database (linuxcast is the database name ):

USE linuxcast;
