MySQL 5.1 cannot start 1067 error Solution

In the past two days, I tried to install MySQL and went to the official website to download the 5.1 Community Server. After installing the common method, I opened the configuration tool and found that it could not be started. Open the command line tool and directly execute Net start MySQL. The error 1067 is returned. this is depressing. The solutions found on the Internet are basically my. the INI file is incorrect. Modify the two configuration items basedir and datadir to the correct directory. But there is no problem here. No... Reinstall !! Still agree to the error ...... Even more depressing !!

 

I went out to play billiards with my friends at. Wow, haha !!! Come back and think about whether the configuration information in the previous installation is not completely deleted .. Uninstall the registry and find the following items:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset001/services/EventLog/application/MySQL directory Deletion
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset002/services/EventLog/application/MySQL directory Deletion

 

Re-open the installation file and install it by default ..... God bless !! Everything works .. Open the management tool and connect to the server !!!!

Sun bought MySQL last year, and sun was acquired by Oracle this year. The so-called channel mixing will be paid back sooner or later. I really don't know what MySQL will do in the future ..........
