MySQL Change Password

(Applicable to Resetting passwords of other users by administrators or users with global permissions)
Enter command line mode
Mysql-u root MySQL
Mysql> Update user SET Password = PASSWORD ("new password") where user = 'name ';
Mysql> flush privileges;
Mysql> quit
Method 2:
(The application is the same as above, but the method is different)
Mysql-u root MySQL
Mysql> set password for name = PASSWORD ('new password ');
Mysql> quit
(I am not commonly using the above two methods. If I am an administrator, I will use other tools such as phpMyAdmin or MySQL-front to manage user permissions, Which is intuitive and convenient)
The ultimate killer:
Mysqladmin-u root "old password" "New Password"
Solution: If you have a name, use your username instead. If you have a new password, enter the password you want to set.
