The above sentence means that this server has loaded InnoDB, and then unloaded, but logfile file has not been deleted, resulting in the new load when this problem occurs. The solution is simple

Windows Server

Locate the data directory in the database installation directory and delete the following files

Linux Server

RM-RF ib_logfile*

Then dynamically load the InnoDB again, if not, then restart MySQL.
