1. Choose Nothing to install

2.my.cnf

[Mysqld]

Default-storage-engine=innodb

Innodb=on

3. Set the Data directory

Create a directory manually D:\data

[Mysqld]

#Path to installation directory. All paths is usually resolved relative to this.

Basedir= "D:/program Files (x86)/mysql/mysql Server 5.1/"

#Path to the database root
Datadir= "d:/data/"

Copy the MySQL directory from the software generated data directory to d:/data/.

[Mysqld]

#skip-innodb//Comment InnoDB

4. Set other parameters

5. Restart Service
